Marguerite Makes a Book

Marguerite Makes a Book, written by Bruce Robertson and illustrated by Kathryn Hewitt, is perfect for third through fifth graders. It shows what went into making books in the Middle Ages, as Marguerite finishes a commissioned prayer book. Her father's glasses have broken, and he can't see well enough to finish the illustrations.
